George “Tony” Faulk

Tony Faulk is the owner of both Faulk Dental Lab and Louisville Dental Associates, bringing over 45 years of experience in the dental laboratory field. He founded Faulk Dental Lab in 1986 and later opened Louisville Dental Associates in 2018. With decades of chairside experience in dental offices and a deep understanding of laboratory processes, Tony offers a unique perspective on patient care – one that blends clinical collaboration with exceptional craftsmanship. As both a lab technician and practice owner, he provides high-quality dentistry at significantly more affordable pricing than many traditional practices. His work alongside Dr. Yarborough allows him to help solve complex dental challenges with precision, dedication and the satisfaction of the patient always in mind.
Faulk Dental Lab is a true family business, built from the ground up by Tony and his wife, Kimberly. Their daughter, Ladye, joined the lab in 2015 and now also works closely with Louisville Dental Associates, making her career in the family business. Together, they share a strong commitment to personalized care, quality results and a welcoming environment. Tony is proud to lead a team that values integrity, affordability and hands-on problem-solving for the benefit of every patient they serve.
Steven Yarbrough, DMD
Dr. Steven Yarbrough has been practicing dentistry since graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1995. He completed his undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University and continues to pursue continuing education each year to stay current with the latest advancements in dental care. A proud member of the American Dental Association®, Dr. Yarbrough owned and operated his own practice until 2018. He now works closely with Tony Faulk, a dental lab technician with over 45 years of experience, allowing for a collaborative approach that blends clinical precision with expert laboratory support.
Dr. Yarbrough is passionate about delivering personalized care and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and three grandchildren. His commitment to family carries over into his practice, where he strives to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for his patients
