Dr. Garrett Hall graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2022 with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He continues to advance his training and skills through the Spear Study Club to stay at the forefront of the dental field and provide his patients with excellent care. Dr. Hall has practiced in the Louisville areas since his graduation from dental school and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association® and the Mississippi Dental Association.

Dr. Hall and his wife have one daughter. When not in the office, he enjoys watching Mississippi State sports, gold and traveling with his family.

Tony Faulk is the owner of both Faulk Dental Lab and Louisville Dental Associates, bringing over 45 years of experience in the dental laboratory field. He founded Faulk Dental Lab in 1986 and later opened Louisville Dental Associates in 2018. With decades of chairside experience in dental offices and a deep understanding of laboratory processes, Tony offers a unique perspective on patient care – one that blends clinical collaboration with exceptional craftsmanship. As both a lab technician and practice owner, he provides high-quality dentistry at significantly more affordable pricing than many traditional practices. His work alongside Dr. Yarborough allows him to help solve complex dental challenges with precision, dedication and the satisfaction of the patient always in mind.

Faulk Dental Lab is a true family business, built from the ground up by Tony and his wife, Kimberly. Their daughter, Ladye, joined the lab in 2015 and now also works closely with Louisville Dental Associates, making her career in the family business. Together, they share a strong commitment to personalized care, quality results and a welcoming environment. Tony is proud to lead a team that values integrity, affordability and hands-on problem-solving for the benefit of every patient they serve.
