Chloe has worked in the dental field for 13 years alongside her father, Tony Faulk, beginning chairside with Faulk Dental Lab, and in 2018 became our practice manager here at Louisville Dental Associates. She works hard to keep our office running smoothly and on schedule, including managing our doctors’ schedule, patient relationships, conflict resolution and financial issues. She has enjoyed working closely with her father to make his dream of owning a dental practice come true and to help make Louisville Dental Associates as successful as possible. Chloe takes pride in developing close relationships with our patients and both our patients and our team can come to her with anything.

Chloe is married to a wonderful man, and together they have a beautiful daughter.

Kinsey became a part of Louisville Dental Associates in June 2025 after graduating with highest honors from the Meridian Community College Dental Hygiene Program in May 2025. During her two years of intensive training, she was a proud member of Phi Theta Kappa and the National Technical Honor Society. Kinsey is passionate about preventive dental care and enjoys the supportive, modern environment of the practice. She values the relationships she builds with patients and is known for her ability to connect with and care for each individual. As a hygienist, she helps patients maintain optimal oral health through personalized education, thorough cleanings and attention to detail. Kinsey also contributes to the practice’s success by maintaining an efficient schedule, starting appointments on time and promoting treatment acceptance through clear communication.

Outside the office, Kinsey lives with and cares for her grandparents, who raised her from a young age. Her compassion and dedication at home reflect the same values she brings to her professional life. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, walking, cooking, hunting, fishing, going to the river and spending time with friends and family. She also embraces the occasional relaxing evening as a self-proclaimed couch potato.

Bailey joined Louisville Dental Associates in June 2025 after graduating from Meridian Community College with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. During her time in school, she was a member of the National Technical Honor Society and the Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement. She was honored as the Most Outstanding Dental Hygiene Student for 2024–2025 and received the Class of 2025 Oral Systemic Education of the Year Award from the National Network of Healthcare Hygienists. Bailey is passionate about helping patients improve both their health and confidence. She finds it deeply rewarding to see individuals leave their appointments feeling better than when they arrived – not just physically, but emotionally. As the first line of preventive care, she plays an important role in maintaining patient oral health, reducing the need for more complex treatments and contributing to a smooth, efficient patient experience.

Bailey values the strong relationships she builds with patients and believes in treating everyone with the same kindness and care she would offer her own family. Her family has been a driving force in her career journey, supporting her through school and reminding her daily why compassionate care matters. She is proud to be part of a team that works together to ease dental anxiety and make every visit feel like home.

Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys spending time with her dogs, cooking, gardening and sharing moments with friends and family.
